KOBAYASHI is Chad Borchard, an all-rounder on the Brisbane scene for the past 10 years, on acoustic guitar and vocals, pairing up with Sunny Coast percussionist extraordinaire Jerome Bechard who brings his hybrid kit into the equation.

Imagine if Led Zep played 90’s alt rock, and they had a baby with Janes Addiction, they would bear the fruits combining the likes of Jim Morrison, Anthony Kiedis and Kurt Cobain, an eclectic mix of alt rock faves that you will hear at a KOBAYASHI gig…

Throw a couple of originals in the mix, and you get a varied combo of tunes you forgot you loved, and new songs you will want to hear again.
